How do you ensure vinyl records aren't damaged during shipping?

We use high-quality, crush-resistant mailers specifically designed for vinyl. For extra protection, we can ship records outside of their jackets upon request to prevent seam splits during transit.

What is the grading standard for your used records?

We follow the Goldmine Standard for all used inventory. Each record is visually inspected and, in many cases, play-tested to ensure the grading accurately reflects the condition of the vinyl and the sleeve.

When will my pre-order ship?

Pre-orders are scheduled to ship on or just before the official release date. If your order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, the entire order will be held until all items are available.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your specific location.

What is your return policy for defective items?

If you receive a record with a manufacturing defect or significant warp that affects play, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or a full refund.

Can I add items to an existing order that hasn't shipped yet?
