Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original mailer or equivalent protective packaging to ensure they are not further damaged during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the provided return shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement copies within 3-5 business days.
